Three programmes, each addressing a different need
From practical device training to personal one-on-one guidance â our programmes are structured around the specific situations that adults 40 and above most commonly face.
Back to HomeOur Approach
Every programme at Khun Pracha is designed around the same conviction: that clear, impartial explanation â delivered at a pace that works for the participant â is more valuable than any product recommendation or one-size-fits-all curriculum.
We identify what the participant wants to understand, we explain it plainly, and we make space for all the questions that arise along the way. No pressure, no sales, and no jargon that isn't immediately defined.
Programme 1
Digital Banking Navigation
A patient, hands-on programme helping participants become genuinely comfortable with the digital banking tools they encounter in everyday life â not just aware of them in theory. Sessions are conducted with actual devices, at a pace that adjusts to the participant's comfort level throughout.
- Online and mobile banking account management
- Safe transfer practices and PromptPay usage
- Bill payments and recurring transactions
- Recognising and avoiding common digital fraud
- Additional practice sessions available at no extra cost

Programme 2
Insurance & Protection Review
Insurance documents are written for insurers, not for the people buying the policies. This programme exists to close that gap â helping participants understand what their existing coverage actually does, where the gaps might be, and what questions to ask before they sign anything new. No products are sold or recommended at any point.
- How to read and interpret health, life, and property policies
- Identifying common coverage gaps in existing policies
- Comparing offerings across insurers using standard criteria
- Constructing useful questions for insurance meetings
- Understanding exclusions, claim procedures, and renewal terms

Programme 3
Financial Decision-Making Mentorship
Some financial situations don't fit a structured group programme. Major decisions â evaluating a business opportunity, managing an inheritance, restructuring debt ahead of retirement, or preparing for a significant purchase â require sustained, individual engagement with someone who can hold the full picture over time. This mentorship offers exactly that.
- Evaluating business and investment opportunities with calm analysis
- Managing windfall events â inheritance, property sale, insurance payouts
- Debt and financial obligation restructuring considerations
- Preparing for large anticipated expenses (renovation, medical, education)
- Emotional support alongside analytical perspective
