Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website at khunprachaxs or participating in any Khun Pracha programme. By accessing our website or enrolling in a programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions

• "We / Us / Our" refers to Khun Pracha, 210 Phetkasem Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla 90110, Thailand.
• "Service" refers to our website and educational programmes.
• "User / You" refers to any individual accessing our website or enquiring about or participating in our programmes.
• "Programme" refers to any educational course or mentorship engagement offered by Khun Pracha.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or submitting an enquiry form, you indicate acceptance of these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. Continued use of the website following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3. Nature of Services

Khun Pracha provides financial education programmes for adults. Our services are strictly educational in nature. We are not licensed financial advisers, investment advisers, insurance brokers, or legal advisers. Nothing communicated in our programmes, on our website, or in any other format constitutes financial, investment, insurance, or legal advice. Participants remain responsible for their own financial decisions at all times.

4. Programme Enrolment

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed only after: (a) receipt of an enquiry or application; (b) confirmation of availability and suitability via an introductory conversation; and (c) receipt of payment in full. Khun Pracha reserves the right to decline any enrolment at its discretion without being required to give reasons.

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. Khun Pracha reserves the right to reschedule a session with reasonable prior notice if the facilitator is unavailable due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Fees and Payment

Current programme fees are as follows, inclusive of all sessions, materials, and 30-day follow-up access:

• Digital Banking Navigation: ฿8,800
• Insurance & Protection Review: ฿18,500
• Financial Decision-Making Mentorship: ฿39,000

All fees are payable in Thai Baht (THB) by bank transfer prior to the commencement of any programme. Khun Pracha may revise fees at any time; however, any increase will not apply to programmes already confirmed and paid for.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the first session: full refund, minus any bank processing fees.
• Cancellation 3–7 days before the first session: 50% refund.
• Cancellation fewer than 3 days before the first session, or after the first session has taken place: no refund is available.
• If Khun Pracha cancels a programme for any reason: full refund provided within 14 days.

Requests for rescheduling within the same programme are accommodated where possible at no additional cost.

7. Participant Responsibilities

All participants agree to:

• Treat facilitators and other participants with courtesy and respect
• Not record sessions (audio or video) without express written consent from Khun Pracha
• Not share programme materials with third parties without written permission
• Provide accurate information at the time of enquiry and enrolment
• Not use our programmes for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our programmes — including text, course materials, frameworks, and methodologies — is the property of Khun Pracha or its content partners. Participants are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for their own private educational purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is not permitted.

9. Disclaimers

Our programmes and website content are provided for educational purposes only and on an "as is" basis. We make no representations about the suitability of any programme for your specific situation. We do not promise any particular financial outcome as a result of participation in our programmes. Results will vary depending on individual circumstances, decisions, and market conditions entirely outside our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Khun Pracha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses arising from participation in our programmes or reliance on information provided through our website. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the programme fee paid by the claimant.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khun Pracha, its facilitators, and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our services, or any financial decision you make based on information encountered through our programmes.

12. Confidentiality

Personal and financial information shared by participants during sessions is treated as confidential by Khun Pracha and its facilitators. We will not disclose such information to third parties except as required by law. Participants are also asked to treat information shared by other group participants as confidential.

13. Termination

Khun Pracha reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrolment without refund if the participant behaves in a manner that is disruptive, abusive, or in breach of these terms. Participants may withdraw from a programme at any time subject to the cancellation and refund policy in Section 6.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly in the first instance so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Songkhla Province, Thailand.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Khun Pracha.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
• Assignment: You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
